A man arrested following a horror smash in Wexford has been released without charge.
The motorist in his 30s died when a truck crashed into the car parked on the hard shoulder.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The incident occurred when the truck travelling north on the M11 in Co Wexford collided with the car which was parked on the hard shoulder, near the Clogh roundabout, outside Gorey at around 2.10pm.
The car went on fire as a result of the collision and the driver sustained fatal injuries.

He was the only person in the car.
Emergency services including gardaí and ambulances attended the scene and the road was closed while garda forensic collision investigators carried out an examination.
It is understood the man who died was from Co Wexford.
Gardaí have appealed to any motorists with dash-cam footage, who were travelling from Camolin north towards Clogh on the M11 between 1.50pm and 2.15pm yesterday to contact Gorey Garda Station on 053 9430690 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.
