Man released on bail for suspicion of indecent child images South Belfast

A man arrested in South Belfast on suspicion of possessing and distributing indecent child images, has been released on bail.

The 57-year-old was arrested on Saturday afternoon following a planned search of a property in the College Avenue area of the city.

He has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "A 57 year old man arrested on suspicion of possessing indecent images of a child and distributing indecent images of a child has been released on bail pending further enquiries."
