A four-bedroom detached house and an Volvo SUV could be yours for a quid as a homeowner launches an almost too-good-to-be-true raffle.
You have until 8pm on Thursday, September 17 to snap up one of 400,000 raffle tickets on offer from Dale Tate as he auctions off his detached house in Ossett, in Wakefield, WestYorkshire, along with his Volvo XC90 Hybrid.
Dale opted for the online raffle over estate agents as he was finding it difficult to sell his property during the coronavirus pandemic, YorkshireLive reports.
He is moving to Australia with his wife and four kids and has stopped advertising with estate agents and set up the raffle that people can enter for just £1.
And you can buy as many tickets as you want.
Dale said: "People haven't got anything to lose really, it's only £1.
"Your odds of winning the lottery are about 45 million to one, but this is 400,000 to one if you spend £1.
"If all the tickets sell, then somebody has to win it. It will make somebody's day that's for sure."
The winner will be handed the keys to the unfurnished four-bedroom home, which comes with a front and back garden, driveway and garage.
They will also be given a second-hand Volvo XC90 Hybrid, which has more than 60,000 miles on the clock and comes with one year's car insurance.
Dale added: "We will get the asking price for it, once the fees are taken out, including stamp duty and legal fees.
"It's not like we're over-inflating the price and trying to make a huge profit on it. We're not doing that at all."
