A man was punched unconscious by another man as he got off a train in Merseyside.
British Transport Police were called at around 6pm on Saturday, August 6 after a man was punched unconscious on a train at Waterloo station. A fight broke out between two men after the younger man hit the legs of a man in his 40s with his bike while getting off the train.
The young man then punched the man in his 40s in the face, which caused him to fall to the floor unconscious. The young man then left the station.

Officers have now released a CCTV image of a man they believe may have information that could help their investigation.
Anyone who recognises the man or has any information, should contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 442 of 06/08/22. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
