However, one social media user may have accurately predicted what's going to happen in the season finale.
On a recent episode of the podcast A Storm of Spoilers , GoT experts Joanna Robinson, Dave Gonzales and Neil Miller read out a series of old messages from a Redditor from 10 months ago.
The person claimed they'd not watched the show, but had somehow obtained knowledge of the final episodes.

Of course, ten months ago, many would have disbelieved all the predictions / they would have got lost in all the other theories.
But, interestingly, each point has come true. Needless to say, the rest of this article contains spoilers .
So, what did the Reddit user claim was going to happen?
1. Missandei would be captured and then killed by The Mountain

2. By the final episode, only one dragon would be left and the whole White Walker storyline would have been tied up and dealt with already.
3. Jaime and Cersei Lannister would die in each other's arms in a fire. The Redditor even added that many fans might feel a little shortchanged by Cersei's end.
4. The Mountain would lift his helmet to reveal his true appearance and both he and the Hound would end up dying in the fire.

It seems unlikely at this stage that both Daenerys and Jon will make it alive - never mid get a happily ever after - but this seems particularly heartbreaking.
That said, this is the show where anything could happen, so we'll have to wait and see.
