Police want to speak to this man following two attacks in the city.
Warren Sandringham's whereabouts are currently unknown and police said despite 'extensive efforts' they are not able to trace the 23-year-old.
Detectives investigating incidents reported on November 10 and 11 in Wavertree believe Warren Sandringham – whose last known address was Finchley Road in Anfield - may have information that could help their investigation.

Police are now appealing to the public to help find the 23-year-old.
Sandrigham is described as white, 5ft 6in tall with fair hair, hazel eyes and of slim build.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: "We are appealing for help to find a 23-year-old man who officers believe may be able to assist with enquiries into two assaults.
"Detectives investigating an incidents reported on November 10 and 11 in Wavertree believe Warren Sandringham – whose last known address was Finchley Road, Anfield - may have information that could help their investigation and are appealing for the public’s help to locate him.
"Sandrigham is described as white, 5ft 6in tall with fair hair, hazel eyes and of slim build.
"Extensive efforts have been made by the police to find him but he remains outstanding.
"Detectives would ask Sandrigham himself, or anyone who knows his whereabouts or recognises him from the attached photograph and knows where he is to contact Merseyside Police."
