LOS ANGELES _ The man charged with buying weapons used in the San Bernardino terror attack has agreed to plead guilty, according to federal court records.
Enrique Marquez Jr. was charged after the Dec. 2, 2015, attack that killed 14 people and wounded 22, with multiple counts related to supplying some of the weapons used by Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik. He was not charged with taking part in the attack itself.
Marquez has agreed to plead guilty to two counts in the indictment, conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists and making false statements in the acquisition of a firearm, according to the court filing.
