- He began the project in March 2022, initially intending to visit every pub in Nottinghamshire before expanding it to a nationwide endeavour.
- Mr Harvey marked his 10,000th visit at Teuchters in Edinburgh, describing the achievement as "surreal" after four years and three months.
- Despite admitting to feeling "tired" and planning a holiday to Fuerteventura, he remains "100 per cent determined" to visit all 35,000 pubs across the UK.
- A member of the Campaign for Real Ale (Camra) national executive, Mr Harvey also uses his travels to publicise the pressures faced by licensed businesses.
