A man has been seriously hurt after thieves mowed him down with his own car.
The victim, 44, was driven at by thieves as they stole his white Audi A6 S Line from Styhead Drive in Middleton.
Police were called at around 5.30am on Thursday following a report that a man had been hit by the car.
He remains in hospital with serious injuries.
Police are still at the scene and say enquiries are ongoing.
