A man has been missing for months from Roseland on the Far South Side.
Rodger Smith, 58, was last seen in the first block of West 114th Street in August 2018, Chicago police said. He was last heard from on Feb. 14, 2019.
Smith, who also goes by “Rog,” is homeless and prone to seizures and disorientation, police said.
