A man who was reported missing from Irvine last week has been found safe and well.
Colin Duncan, 31, was seen leaving Woodland View, Kilwinning Road, last Tuesday, as police sparked an appeal to find him.
But today the police revealed he has been traced in East Ayrshire.
A police spokesperson said: "Police can confirm that Colin Duncan, 31, who was reported missing from an address in Irvine last week was traced safe and well in East Ayrshire on Friday, August 23.
"Thank you to everyone who assisted and shared the original appeal."
