Police are asking for the public’s help in the search for a man who has been missing for two months from west suburban Batavia.
Byron A. Vaughan, 53, was last seen June 10 after being released from a Chicago-area medical facility, according to a statement from Batavia police. His family contacted police to report him missing on July 18 after they didn’t hear from him for more than a month.
Vaughan is a 6-foot-1, 250-pound man with brown hair and brown eyes, police said. He has “several medical conditions that require him to take prescription medication.”
Investigators have looked into multiple leads but his whereabouts remain unknown, according to police. No foul play is suspected.
