A man was found shot to death Wednesday in Washington Park on the South Side.
Officers responding to a ShotSpotter alert for gunfire at 11:27 a.m. found the 22-year-old with gunshot wounds to the right wrist and armpit in the 5500 block of South Indiana Avenue, according to Chicago police.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The Cook County medical examiner’s office has not released details about the fatality.
