
A motorcyclist was killed in a crash Saturday on the Lower West Side.
The 54-year-old was riding the bike on 26th Street about 4 a.m. when he hit the median while turning onto Western Avenue, Chicago police said.
The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. The Cook County medical examiner’s office has not released details about the fatality.
The CPD Major Accidents unit is investigating.
