Man killed in Little Village shooting: police

A man was shot to death Thursday in Little Village on the Southwest Side.

The man, 27, was walking about 9:30 p.m. in the 4100 block of West 27th Street when two males got out of a dark-colored car and shot at him, Chicago police said.

The man was struck multiple times and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he died, police said.

The Cook County medical examiner’s office has not released details about the death.

Area Four detectives are investigating.
