A man was shot to death Sunday in Gary, Indiana.
Officers responding to a call of shots fired about 2:50 p.m. found the man face-down near 6th Avenue and Maryland Street, Gary police said. He was rushed to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Lake County, Indiana, coroner’s office identified the man as 29-year-old Keith Daniel. An autopsy ruled his death a homicide.
