A man was killed in a vehicle crash Wednesday morning in Brighton Park on the Southwest Side.
He was driving south on Western Avenue about 4 a.m., when he swerved in the 4600 block of South Western Avenue and struck a tree, Chicago police said.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The Cook County medical examiner’s office has not yet identified him.
Chicago police are investigating the crash.
