Police are questioning someone after a 41-year-old man was shot and killed Thursday in Albany Park on the Northwest Side.
The man was standing about 12:24 a.m. in an alley in the 4900 block of North Kedzie Avenue when someone in a passing red van fired shots, Chicago police said. He was hit twice in the abdomen and taken to Saint Francis Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
