A man has died following an early hours crash on a roundabout in Salford.

The driver was pronounced dead after emergency crews rushed to the scene of the collision at the Regent Road roundabout.

Police say a Ford Galaxy crashed into the central reserve of the roundabout before colliding with a concrete wall.

The driver was coming off the M602 at the time, police say.
