Man jailed over restraining order goes on the run

A manhunt has been launched by police who want to throw a man convicted of breaching a restraining order back behind bars.

Merseyside Police today isssued a picture of wanted Adam Price.

The 25-year-old from St Helens was released on licence earlier this month following a prison sentence for breaching a restraining order.

But police say he has wanted on a recall to prison for allegedly breaching conditions of the licence.

The public are being urged to contact police if they spot Price with efforts to track him down so far proving unsuccessful.

A Merseyside Police spokesperson said: "Please share and help us find St Helens man Adam Price, who is wanted on a recall to prison.

"25-year-old Price was release on licence earlier this month following a prison sentence for breaching a restraining order. He has now been recalled after breaching conditions of the licence."

Police say Price is 5ft 9in tall, of slim build, with ginger hair and blue eyes.
