A man has been rushed to hospital after a crash involving two cars on a local country road.
Emergency services were called to the B8028 between Armadale and Avonbridge just before 6pm on Wednesday.
A number of crews, including a critical care team, attended the incident.
The extent of the man’s injuries are not known at this time.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers responded to a report of a crash involving two vehicles around 5.40pm on Wednesday, 6 April, 2022 on the B8028, between Armadale and Avonbridge.
“Emergency services attended and the one man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.”
