NEW DELHI: A 48-year-old man was injured in a scuffle between two groups of people over crossing a narrow street in outer Delhi's Sultanpuri area.
The incident was reported on July 13 by complainant Prem Singh who was returning home from work with his co-worker and his swing. He found a tempo carrying fish and crossing the narrow street from the opposite side.
An argument broke out between the driver of the tempo Tahir Hussain and Singh over who would cross first, which soon turned into a scuffle. Police said there was no communal angle to the incident and five people have been arrested.
