A man was injured when he lost control of his pick-up truck on DuSable Lake Shore Drive on the North Side early Friday.
The man, 28, was going south in the 3600 block of North DuSable Lake Shore Drive when he struck a guard rail just after midnight, police said.
He suffered bruises and was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in fair condition, police said.
Police said the incident appears to be alcohol-related, and the man was placed into custody.
