A head-on collision left one man in hospital after the car he was in ploughed in to an electricity junction box.
The 22-year-old passenger was rushed to the Royal Alexandra Hospital after the two car smash at the Morrisons supermarket junction on Lonend, Paisley last night.
He sustained injuries to his legs and body in the crash, which happened at 8.40pm.

His condition is not believed to be life threatening.
Dramatic pictures from the scene show both cars with extensive damage.
The road was closed east bound until around 2am this morning while the area was cleared and made safe.
Police say enquires are ongoing into the incident.
