A man has been taken to hospital after falling from a horse in the Hunter on Easter Sunday.
Emergency crews were called to a property at Bulga about 1.35pm after reports a man had been injured.
There, NSW Ambulance paramedics and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter's critical care medical team treated a 65-year-old for internal injuries.
The man was air-lifted to John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
