A man in his 30s was tragically killed in a crash near Listowel, Co Kerry.
The crash took place on the N69 at Skehenerin just outside Listowel, Co. Kerry at around 2.20 pm on Sunday.
The motorcyclist, aged in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The scene is closed at the moment for a forensic examination.
Officers are now appealing for anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
A garda spokesman told the Irish Mirror: "Gardaí are investigating a fatal single-vehicle road traffic collision, involving a motorcycle, that occurred N69 at Skehenerin just outside Listowel, Co. Kerry, at approximately 2.20 pm on 06/06/2021.
"The motorcyclist, a man aged in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

"The scene remains closed currently for a forensic examination.
"Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses, particularly any road users with camera footage, to contact them at on 068 50820 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111."
