Man in his 20s rushed to hospital after motorbike crash

A man in his 20s has been rushed to hospital after he came off his motorbike.

Emergency services were called to the junction of Green Lane and Richland Road in Tuebrook shortly after 3pm.

Paramedics and police arrived on the scene and attended to the man who had been travelling on a motorbike.

The road was closed earlier today and the man was rushed to hospital with injuries.

A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: “A man in 20s was taken to hospital after coming off a Yamaha YBR motorbike.

“Police and paramedics were at the scene and he doesn't appear to have suffered serious injury. The road was closed briefly and reopened shortly before 3:45pm.”
