A man in his 20s has died after falling ill at a gym in Manchester city centre.
Police were called to reports that a man had fallen ill on Portland Street at 7am on Thursday morning.
Emergency services attended at the incident.
The man in his 20s sadly died at the scene.
The incident is believed to have happened at a gym on Portland Street near Chinatown.
A spokesperson from Greater Manchester Police said: "Emergency services attended but the man – who is believed to be in his 20s – sadly died at the scene.
"There are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and a file will be passed to the coroner."
