Man in court over DV stabbing murder

Jason Lloyd will be sentenced for bludgeoning and stabbing his former partner to death. (AAP)

A man who's admitted bludgeoning and stabbing his former partner to death in a Sydney driveway will face a sentence hearing in April.

Jason Lloyd, then 39, was arrested in October 2020 after neighbours found 39-year-old Lynda Greenwood critically injured outside a block of flats at Como.

She was unable to be revived and died at the scene.

Her ex-partner was arrested at a home in Sylvania and charged with domestic violence murder.

Lloyd, who pleaded guilty in the local court, appeared in the NSW Supreme Court on Friday via video-link from jail.

Justice Robert Allan Hulme listed his sentence hearing for April 8.
