A man is due to appear in court this morning, charged with a number of terrorism related offences following a search in West Belfast .
The 52-year-old, has been charged with membership of a proscribed organisation, collecting and possessing information likely to be of use to terrorists and possession of a firearm and an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
He will appear at Belfast Magistrates Court.
The charges are in relation to a vehicle stop on Stewartstown Road, and a follow up search in the Lagmore area of West Belfast on Thursday April 11.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "A 52-year-old man has been charged with membership of a proscribed organisation, collecting information likely to be of use to terrorists, possessing information likely to be of use to terrorists, possession of firearm and possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
"He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court on Saturday 13 April.
"As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
"The charges are in relation to the stopping of a vehicle in the Stewartstown Road area, and a follow up search in the Lagmore area West Belfast on Thursday 11 April."
