A man was hit by a bus on a city centre road.
Officers were called at around 9.30am today Wednesday, April 13, after they received a report of a crash on Great Homer Street in the city centre. It was a reported that a bus and a male pedestrian were involved in the crash.
The man reportedly suffered minor injuries, police said. Photos of the scene showed an ambulance. Traffic management system Inrix said Great Homer Street was partially blocked and there was slow traffic. It added the crash happened near the Sainsbury's.

The scene has now cleared and traffic is back to normal. A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: "At around 9.30am this morning, Wednesday, April, 13, we received a report of a collision on Great Homer Street, Liverpool.
"It was a reported that a bus and a male pedestrian were involved in the collision. The pedestrian suffered minor injuries."
