A man, known only as Mr Majed, has gone viral on social media and it's all thanks to a hilarious pair of socks he wore.
His daughter, Huda, shared photos of her dad wearing socks that look just like animal paws and their family's cat, Omei, was very confused about them.
Huda, 18, posted the snaps on Twitter, where they went viral, garnering over 400,000 likes and more than 91,000 retweets.
The socks look so realistic that Omei clearly doesn't know what to make of them and the expression of pure bewilderment on the cat's face has had people cracking up.
Responding to the tweet, one person wrote: "This is horrible, I want ten."
Another said: "I literally laugh so hard on this."
Shopee, the company that sells the socks, also replied to the tweet, calling Mr Majed "A man with impeccable taste".
Although Huda admits she was initially a little embarrassed by her dad's sock purchase, she knows it’s just her parent being true to himself.
Speaking to Jam Press, she said: "My dad bought the socks from Shopee.
"He discovered the app and started shopping for weird, random things ever since Covid-19 began.
"I can’t believe he is dead*** serious about buying and wearing the cat socks."
But it turns out this isn't the only amusing feline-themed item in the family home as Mr Majed has also bought other fun products in honour of his two cats, Bobo and Omei.
Huda explained: "My dad loves cats a lot. He even has cat patches embroidered on his jean pockets and cat stickers all over his toilet bowl.
"He’s just very goofy and dorky as a person and happened to came across funny socks (boomer things)."
To keep himself entertained during the pandemic, like many others, Mr Majed has also ordered a number of other unusual items - including a treasure chest that he’s using as a coffee table and “silly” wallpaper to go on doors.
