A man was robbed by heartless thugs while receiving CPR after he collapsed and stopped breathing outside a nightlcub.
Connor Joyce, 23, and his friends were on a night out in Liverpool when he began to feel ill.
He came out of the bar after complaining of a headache, the Liverpool Echo reports.
But just minutes later, Connor suffered a fit, collapsed on the floor and stopped breathing.
His desperate friends began CPR and shouted for someone to call an ambulance - at which point a group of men came over, seemingly to help.

But it was only when Connor was on his way to Royal Liverpool Hospital that his friends realised his Iphone XS, wallet and a friend's purse, which had been used to prop up his head, had been stolen.
Connor, from Middlewich, said: "It is just disgusting. How low do you have to be to steal from someone in that situation?"
Connor said he doesn't remember much from the evening, apart from feeling unwell and then waking up in hospital.
Friend Jack Carter was one of the friends with him when he collapsed and said it was "terrifying".
He added: "He smacked his head against a brick wall and started having a fit for about four minutes and stopped breathing.
"I began giving him CPR and shouted out 'can someone please ring an ambulance' and that is when this guy came over.
"He didn't speak very good English so we used his phone.

"He was with about three other men.
"Then the minute the ambulance came over he took the phone back and they just left.
"It was only when I was in the ambulance that I asked the paramedic to check if Connor had his phone, because mine had no battery and I wanted to ring my mum and tell her what had happened, that we realised it had gone."
Since the incident, which happened at around 3am on Monday, Connor said his bank card has been used and he has reported the theft to police.
He said doctors believed he collapsed due to low blood sugar levels and he is being tested for diabetes.
The pharmacy worker, who lived in Liverpool for three years, said: "When I was receiving CPR my friends said quite a lot of people where stood around laughing.
"I wouldn't say it has put me off coming back to Liverpool, because it has never been like that before.
"But it is horrible to think someone would do this."
A spokeswoman for Merseyside Police said: "We received reports that a 23 year-old man has his wallet and iPhone stolen after reportedly suffering a medical episode in Eberle Street, Liverpool city centre in the early hours of yesterday, Monday 27 May.
"The bank cards were later used at a number of locations in the city centre. Enquiries are currently ongoing."
