Man found with multiple gunshot wounds in Marquette Park: police

A man was critically wounded in a shooting Friday in Marquette Park on the Southwest Side.

The 29-year-old was found lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds about 9:40 p.m. in the 7200 block of South Artesian Avenue, Chicago police said.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in critical condition, police said.

No arrests have been reported. Area One detectives are investigating.
