Man found shot to death on West Side: police

A man was killed in a shooting Friday on the West Side, according to police.

The 52-year-old was found about 1:30 p.m. in a vehicle in the 4300 block of West Lexington Street with multiple gunshot wounds, Chicago police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Cook County medical examiner’s office hasn’t released details on the fatality.

Area North detectives are investigating.
