An assault in Henbury this evening left a man with a head injury.
Police and ambulance crews were called to Battersby Way, near Henbury Leisure Centre, just after 7.50pm tonight (April 30).
A man in his 50s was found in the street with a head injury.
He went to hospital for treatment to injuries not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing and left hospital after treatment.
Officers found an possible weapon in nearby Dundas Close which they believe may have been used in the attack.

A passer-by described a heavy police presence in the area.
