A death investigation is underway after a man was found dead Friday in Chatham on the South Side, police said.
The man, of an unknown age, was found about 8:35 p.m. lying unresponsive on the side of the street in the 900 block of East 82nd Street, Chicago police said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The Cook County medical examiner’s office hasn’t released details on the fatality.
Area Two detectives are investigating.
