A man has been found dead near an Edinburgh park today.
Officers from Police Scotland discovered the body near Granton Crescent in the Granton area this morning at around 10.20am.
The person has not been identified yet as cops are working to establish how he died.
An investigation has been launched into the grim find but it is not believed to be suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 10.20am on Tuesday, 22 September, 2020, the body of a man was found near Granton Crescent, Edinburgh.
"Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the death are ongoing but it is not believed to be suspicious.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
