A 75-year-old man has been found dead in his Greenock home.
John Taylor's body was discovered at his home address in East Shaw Street on Tuesday, August 3.
Police have launched an appeal to track down the man's relatives following his death.
It's understood his death is not being treated as suspicious.
" Police are appealing for the assistance of the public in tracing relatives of 75-year-old John Taylor who was found dead at his home address in East Shaw Street, Greenock on 3rd August 2021.
"There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
"Anyone who has knowledge of John’s family is asked to contact the Enquiry Department at Paisley Police Office on 0141 532 5958 during office hours Monday to Friday or via 101.
