A man was found dead Wednesday in a burning vehicle in Englewood on the South Side.
The man, whose identity is still unknown to police, was found dead in the passenger seat of the burning vehicle about 10:45 p.m. in the 5900 block of South Parnell Avenue, Chicago police said.
Area South detectives are investigating the cause of death and the fire.
The Cook County medical examiner’s office has not released details about the death.
No further information was immediately available.
