A man has been found dead at a house in Salford.
Residents spotted police, paramedics and white-suited crime scene investigators outside a property in Dorchester Road, Swinton, this afternoon.
A spokesman for GMP said they were called after a man in his 80s was discovered dead at the house.
However, following their investigation officers have concluded that the death was not suspicious.
In a statement, a GMP spokesman said: "A man in his 80s was sadly found dead at an address on Dorchester Road.
"There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances."
The identity of the man has not been released.
Officers were spotted outside the home at around 3pm and are believed to have been there for several hours.
