Man found at Langley Mill home named as woman charged with murder

A man found dead with a stab wound at a flat in Langley Mill on Friday has been named.

Officers were called to Frost Avenue at around 2am on Friday, April 3 where they found 33-year-old Craig Morse with a stab wound.

Mr Morse was pronounced dead at the scene.

A woman has been charged with murder and is due to appear in court on Monday April 6.

A spokesman for Derbyshire Police said: "Mr Morse’s family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers at this difficult time.

"A 28-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder yesterday and she has since been charged.

"Tonya Crabtree, of Frost Avenue, Langley Mill was charged with murder this evening (Saturday 4 April) and remanded into prison custody.

"She is due to appear in court on Monday 6 April."
