A mum's incredible reaction to hearing her son's singing voice for the first time is melting hearts all over the internet with the video racking up more than 23 million views.
TikTok user @Kellanandkevin began filming as he was travelling in a car with his mum while Lewis Capaldi's Someone You Loved plays over the speaker system.
He captioned the clip: "I've always been too nervous to sing in front of her" and put a message in the video to say: "I started singing and filmed it to get my mom's reaction."
The camera rolls to show his mum driving as she mouths the words along with the number one hit, before her son suddenly bursts into song at the chorus.
She looks across at her son in shock before breaking into a huge grin and puts her hand in front of her mouth, before playfully hitting him on the arm as she beams with pride.
The clip gained more than 45,000 comments, with one viewer pleading for him to sing for his mum more often having seen the happiness it brings her.
He responded by uploading a second video, singing Lean On Me by Bill Withers in their living room as his mum joins in and hugs him as he serenades her.
The videos went viral as one commented to say: "Did the mum's reaction near the end make anyone else tearful or just me?"
A second said: "The immediate loving smacks for hiding your talent. This warmed my heart so much."
A third joked: "Mom almost crashed that car. You coulda waited for a red light."
And it even acted as inspiration to others, with someone else replying: "I'm so nervous to sing in front of my husband... I needed this. Thank you and beautiful voice!"
