Man filmed performing sex act outside Ibrox amid Rangers celebrations sparks police probe

Cops have launched an investigation after a man was spotted performing a sex act on himself at Ibrox yesterday as Rangers fans defied lockdown rules and flocked to the grounds.

Thousands of supporters gathered outside the stadium on Saturday after Steven Gerrard's team beat St Mirren 3-0.

Footage of rowdy fans was widely circulated on social media as they celebrated the win.

One man appeared to be performing a sex act on himself as Ibrox could be seen in the background of one video.

Cops are aware of the footage and have launched a probe.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We are aware of the incident and enquiries are currently ongoing."

Thousands of fans have gathered again today after Rangers won the Scottish Premiership for the first time in a decade.

Crowds of supporters are currently at George Square and Ibrox setting off flares and fireworks.

Police are in attendance at planned events across the city as rowdy fans defy stay at home rules to celebrate.
