A man is in a critical condition after being shot while having his hair cut in a barber shop.
The victim, in his 20s, was at Katz Kutz in Walsall when the shooting happened shortly after 5pm on Sunday.
Witnesses said a group of men burst in and attacked him, before leaving and coming back with a weapon, believed to be a shotgun.
The man was shot in the stomach.
The attackers ran off on foot, and police are investigating to find out who they are.
A friend of the victim told the Express & Star he was "in theatre" last night.

She continued: "I just heard a big bang, it sounded like someone’s boiler had exploded or something.
"I thought it was someone’s house. It was very, very loud."
The pal described him as a "good kid".

A statement from West Midlands Police said: "The men ran off on foot and a police investigation is underway to identify and catch the offenders.
"Police have cordoned off the area to preserve any evidence - and anyone who saw what happened, or has any information on the shooting, is urged to contact West Midlands Police."
