A man is fighting for his life after being stabbed in broad daylight in Croydon.
Officers, paramedics and the London Air Ambulance scrambled to Christie Drive, Woodside, just after midday to reports of a stabbing.
A man in his 20s was rushed to hospital, where he remains in a potentially life-threatening condition, police said.
Detectives believe he was attacked by two males on a moped.
Police are now appealing for anyone with information about the attack to come forward.
