A man is fighting for his life in Queen's Medical Centre after a gas explosion in a Beeston Rylands home.
Officers were called to Leyton Crescent following reports of a gas explosion at around 7.30am on Tuesday, December3.
A man was taken to QMC for treatment which are believed to be life-threatening, police confirmed.
The property's windows and doors were blown off during the incident.
Officers believe the incident is non-suspicious and accidental.
Police remained at the scene on Tuesday morning and continue to work closely with the fire service.
