A 20-year-old man was shot and killed Saturday in Albany Park.
Officials found Piotr Rbaliczek in a vehicle about 6:29 a.m. in the 4300 block of North Mozart Street with a gunshot wound to the neck, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said. He was pronounced on the scene.
