A 69-year-old man was fatally hit by a vehicle Monday in west suburban Cicero.
He was struck at 10:25 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Cicero Avenue and was pronounced dead about a half hour later, the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.
Autopsy results released Tuesday found he died from his injuries and ruled his death an accident, the medical examiner’s office said. He lived in Chicago.
A spokesman for the town of Cicero didn’t immediately respond to a request for details.
