Man Facing Murder Charges After Killing Three In Pennsylvania

Memphis Police officers arraigned on murder charges

A 26-year-old man is facing murder and other criminal charges after allegedly killing three people, including his 13-year-old sister, at two different homes in Pennsylvania before carjacking a driver and fleeing to New Jersey.

In Pennsylvania, the suspect is facing murder, burglary, and assault charges, along with multiple other criminal charges related to the shootings, court documents show.

The suspect is accused of carrying out the attacks with an 'AR-15 style assault rifle,' according to authorities.

After the crime spree, the suspect was eventually arrested in New Jersey, where he now faces carjacking and firearm possession charges.

Authorities in Trenton, New Jersey, initially believed the suspect was barricaded inside a home, but he was later found and taken into custody without incident.

The suspect faces multiple charges in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including carjacking, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of an assault firearm.

Details of the Killings and Investigation

The suspect first fatally shot his stepmother and sister in their home in Pennsylvania before driving to another location and fatally shooting a 25-year-old individual.

He then carjacked a driver at gunpoint before abandoning the vehicle in Trenton, New Jersey.

Authorities executed a search warrant at the home where the suspect was believed to have been barricaded and found the rifle used in the killings.

The investigation is ongoing, and the suspect will remain in custody in New Jersey before being extradited to Pennsylvania.

Law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and Pennsylvania State Police, are assisting with the investigation.

Neighbors in the area expressed relief after the suspect was apprehended, and the city of Trenton is providing support to residents affected by the incident.

Authorities are working to determine how the suspect obtained the weapon used in the crimes and stated that he is believed to be homeless with ties to the Trenton area.
